The various examinations are on a state by state basis and this seems to be a fairly logical way to approach an otherwise overwhelmingly complex analysis of what is these days a very broad subject even when it is kept just to within the confines of this country. The text is largely made up of information gleaned from numerous articles and interviews, many of which are first hand. All round a very readable and admirable addition to the book shelf of anyone even remotely interested in the subject.
